Carbon Nanotubes or chips are the largest cylindrical nanostructures of one or more graphene (lattice). The devolpment of carbon nanotube based chips, which open up exicting possibilities for the semiconductor industry has driven a better performance to increase the demand for smaller devices. The diametres  of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes are 0.8 to 2mm and 5 to 20mm accordingly
