Hypertension Case Reports

Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is a condition where the force of blood against the artery walls is consistently too high. This means the heart has to work harder to pump blood around the body. Hypertension is diagnosed when blood pressure readings, taken on two or more separate occasions, are consistently at or above 140/90 mmHg according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
