PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

  • A title slide – Name, Title and what the paper is about
  • Consider the sequence and relevancy of slides. The current slide should build a path to next slide
  • Use graphs and charts to illustrate your prominent points. Those will help the audience to clearly understand the content.
  • Try to use less flash, gif images. Visuals should be simple and bold and use bright colors to enhance the detail.
  • Use high-contrast, easy-to-read fonts that are common to most computers. Do not use ALL CAPS, italics, and other enhancements that clutter and are distracting.
  • Make slides based on the talk duration (Speaker presentation duration will be 25-30 minutes)
