Geoscience studies the processes that form and shape Earth's surface, the natural resources we use, and how water and ecosystems are interconnected. Geodiversity is the variety of earth materials, forms and processes that constitute and shape the Earth, either the whole or a specific part of it. Geology investigates the processes that have shaped the Earth through its 4500 million approximately.
