Conservative Dentistry

Conservative dentistry refers to a dentistry branch whose intention is to conserve the teeth in the mouth. This uses operative practices dentistry. It also involves several types of direct and indirect restorations of the individual teeth.

 Conservative dentistry consists of minimally invasive procedures that concentrate on only removing what’s considered damaged or needless, leaving the remaining healthy tooth structure behind during the restorative process.

TYPES OF CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT

Conservative treatment consists of rest, the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory nonnarcotic analgesics, and muscle relaxants
