Waste-to-energy Technology

Waste to energy technology includes the process of fermentation, which can take biomass and create ethanol, using waste cellulosic or organic material. In the fermentation process, the sugar present in the waste is converted to carbon dioxide and alcohol, in the same general process that is used in making wine.
