Greetings!

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I welcome you to the 5th International Conference on Biofuels and Bioenergy to be held on October 21-22, 2024, at ANA Crowne Plaza Narita, Tokyo, Japan. The main theme of this Conference is ‘Biofuels as a sustainable solution: Reducing Waste, Feeding Energy’. The ANA Crowne Plaza Narita is a very convenient location for international travelers since it is at 10 min ride from the International Narita Airport on the free shuttle. Keisei Narita Train Station is a 15 min drive away, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the station. This conference will be attended by speakers and poster presenters for all over the World. It will be a great opportunity to share knowledge and information between attendees in a friendly atmosphere. Attending this conference is also a perfect occasion for networking. Many topics related to biofuels will be covered during this conference; they include: Production of Biofuels and Bio refineries, Biogas, Bioenergy, Bio alcohols and Bioethanol, Biodiesel, Biomass as a sustainable alternative resource for livestock feed, Bioenergy with carbon capture and storage, Advanced Biofuels, Bioremediation, Environmental impacts of Biofuels, and more. I have been involved in biofuel research since the 90’s, mostly studying their kinetics of oxidation and chemical mechanisms of oxidation and formation of pollutants. I do believe that synergies can develop among attendees coming from different fields. Attending this conference is offering such opportunity.
