WHO CAN REGISTER UNDER DELEGATE CATEGORY?

  • Participants from academic or commercial organizations whose primary interest is to attend the conference as active listeners and explore opportunities for knowledge enhancement and networking may register under this category.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION

  • Access to all conference sessions and activities
  • E-certificate accredited by our Organizing Committee Members
  • Delegates are not permitted to present papers in oral or poster sessions

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

  • Each poster should be approximately 1x1 M Size.
  • The title, contents, text and the author’s information should be clearly visible from 1-2 feet.
  • Present numerical data in the form of graphs, rather than tables (graphs make trends in the data much more evident).
  • If data must be presented in table form, keep it simple.
  • Visuals should be simple and bold.
  • Avoid acronyms and extensive mathematical notations as much as possible.
  • Posters with 800 words or less are perfect. Avoid submitting compactly packed, high word-count posters.
  • Organize your poster into subdivisions, e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and Literature Cited (avoid using too many citations).
  • Use bright colors to enhance the detail. Besides your project, the text could also include future research plans or questions.

E-POSTER PRESENTATION

  • Display of the E-Poster at the conference venue and on the conference website
  • E-Poster participation certificate provided as a soft copy
  • Abstract publication in the Conference Proceedings E-Book
  • No physical attendance required at the conference

GOLD PACKAGE

  • Conference registration and two nights’ accommodation at the conference venue

ACCOMPANYING PERSON

  • Accompanying persons are those who accompany the participants at the conference who may be either a spouse/family partner and/or a son/daughter and must register under this category. Please note that business partners do not qualify as accompanying persons and are not allowed to register as an accompanying person.

Video Presentation Guidelines

  • Record a video of the presentation in which the screen will show the slide presentation in presentation mode; along with that, include the thumbnail speaker view in the corner of your screen as you speak, but you can turn your video off and only show your slides if you prefer.
  • The video should be in MPEG-4 (.mp4) file, which can be readable through both MacBook and Windows systems.
  • Use a good quality microphone while recording so that the resulting audio is clear and easily understood.
  • All slides of your presentation should be formatted for easy understanding of the information on each slide, and take a pause wherever necessary.
  • Should include all the corresponding author details along with the email ID and contact number for any further questions from the attendees.
  • The length of the presentation should be the time length allotted in the final program, or you can contact the program manager.
  • Please check once thoroughly before submitting for presentation.
