T-cells and B-cells are types of white blood cells that play crucial roles in the immune system. T-cells, which mature in the thymus, help destroy infected or cancerous cells and regulate immune responses. B-cells, maturing in the bone marrow, produce antibodies to neutralize pathogens. Both work together to provide immunity and protect the body from infections.
