Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a complex and disabling illness.
People with ME/CFS are generally unable to do their usual work/activities. At times, ME/CFS may confine them to bed. People with ME/CFS have overwhelming fatigue which is not improved by rest.
